The challenge

A clinic group sells trust before it sells a treatment. People watch, ask questions, and book when they are ready.

The content we produced began to work. Bookings then arrived faster than the front desk could answer them.

The problem had moved. It was no longer how to create demand. It was how to receive it without losing any.

An unanswered enquiry is a lost booking. The group needed a system that answered at the pace the content now demanded.

The system we engineered

We engineered a custom CRM around how the group books patients. Each enquiry enters one pipeline, with clear stages from first message to confirmed appointment.

Leads are scored and routed on arrival. The right person sees the right enquiry first.

Follow-up is automated. An enquiry that goes quiet receives the next message on time, without anyone having to remember it.

The front desk works from one list, in order of priority.

Each stage of the pipeline has an owner. When an enquiry stalls, the CRM shows where, and who holds it.

The content machine

The content engine and the Meta Ads funnel were planned together. Content builds familiarity with the clinics. Paid distribution puts the strongest pieces in front of the right audience.

Every campaign points to a message or a booking. Every message enters the CRM.

The two halves share one set of numbers. What the content produces and what the CRM receives are read side by side.

The result

2.2 million views.

More than 4,000 inbound messages, from campaigns we built and ran end to end.

In this system, the content creates the enquiries. The CRM makes sure each one reaches the right person.
