Monthly revenue, first 90 days
Figures are reported by the client or read from their own platform analytics.
The challenge
The brand started from zero. There was no storefront, no paid channel and no content engine to build on.
Starting from nothing removes one problem and creates another. Nothing has to be undone. But every part has to be built at once, and each part depends on the others.
A funnel with nowhere to send people achieves nothing. A storefront without demand stays empty. Content without a destination is only content.
The task was to build the whole system in the right order. Each part had to carry the next.
The system we engineered
We engineered the storefront and checkout first. It is the point every other part leads to, so it had to hold before any traffic arrived.
The paid acquisition funnel came next. Each campaign lands on a page built for it. Each page leads to the checkout.
Reporting sits across both. Every sale is traced back to the campaign and the content that produced it. That record decides where the next budget goes.
The storefront, the funnel and the reporting share one set of events. A campaign, a visit and an order are recorded in the same place. Nothing is reconciled by hand at the end of the month.
The content machine
The content engine runs on one calendar. Each piece is planned, briefed, produced and published on a fixed schedule.
The same team writes the brief, produces the content and runs the media. Nothing is lost between them.
Formats are made for where they run. A piece cut for the feed is not the piece cut for stories.
What performs is read in the reporting and becomes the next brief. The engine improves with each cycle.

Monthly revenue went from zero to five figures within the first 90 days.
Both figures come from one system: storefront, funnel, content engine and reporting, built together and run by one team.
